The Hilton is literally located right on Mission Bay. It’s a quick drive away from both the Darlington House and Downtown San Diego. The rooms are priced at a special rate of $149/night (plus tax & parking). This rate applies to the weekend of October 23 and 24, as well as the 3 days prior and after. However, this price is only valid until September 23.

Reservations have to be made directly by calling the Mission Bay Hilton reservation office at (800) 445-8667 and mentioning that you’re booking for the Knelman/Scheingross wedding.

If the Mission Bay Hilton doesn’t float your boat, might we recommend the following options:

Holiday Inn Express, La Jolla – This hotel is within walking distance to our wedding at the Darlington House, as well as to the beach.

La Quinta, Mission Valley – We heard this place has great weekend rates.

We also recommend doing an expedia search for hotels in the general area. The following neighborhoods are all great options and located within 10-15 minutes (by car) from the wedding venue:

• Mission Valley / Hotel Circle (There are A LOT of hotels here)
• Old Town
• Downtown SD
• Little Italy
• Pacific Beach / Mission Beach
• La Jolla / UTC (University Towne Center – UCSD area)
